Niobium atoms are perfectly incorporated into ReSe₂ matrix. These alloys are not phase separated meaning Nb and Re atoms randomly distributed throughout the crystals. Nb composition varies from slim amount 0.1% up to 3%. Please specify the percentage of Nbat the time of order. All crystals with different percentage values are in stock and are ready for shipping.
